Product Description

Cook up to 40-cup of finished cooked rice or generous portions of 3-ounce portions (50 - 60 servings) in approximately 30 minutes with this Commercial grade rice cooker. The unit is register as NSF (National Sanitation Foundation), so it is ideal for restaurant usage as well as the home. The unit will automatically go into a Keep Warm mode when the rice is completed cooked. In addition, specially sheathed heating elements heat the bottom pan directly, plus also heating the side panels which minimizes heat loss in turn saves energy costs and gets the rice warm and moist throughout the pan. Locking lid with silicone rubber seal eliminate soggy and mushy rice for better tasting rice. For peace of mind, a built-in thermal safety fuse will protect the unit from possible overheating. The rice cookers heavy duty non-stock removable pan makes easy cleanup and helps prevent cooked rice from sticking. Easy to carrying handles provide easy maneuverability and transportation.
